Thankful

I’m having a hard time believing that it is actually the middle of November and that Thanksgiving is a week away. Where is my time going?

Between wrapping up training for three bridges, lots of cross training, becoming a lulu, and balancing increased work responsibilities with some fun freelance work, I’m forced to cut back (and start my days at 5am). As crazy as weeks can become, I’m having fun and trying to remind myself to enjoy each day as it comes. I have a lot to be thankful for this year and am looking forward to an extra long weekend at home with my family, friends, and Mr. Possibility.

This is also one of the first Thanksgiving meals in a few years that I don’t have some crazy desire for a spread that looks like something out of Martha Stewart Living. I’ll be happy to share a meal with some of my favorite people, indulge in pie and red wine, and just enjoy the moment. For anyone that is looking to plan a spread, I’ve started working with NatureBox to give their community members quick and healthy side dishes for their turkey.

The NatureBox blog has lots of other great ideas for holidays and Tuesdays alike. If I get swept away in my sea of busy, have a very happy Thanksgiving!
